Squad Sign-ups

Start getting your Squads together. If you have a squad or have over 11 players please send me and e-mail at crossfire@msato.org.

I will send you an excel sheet that needs to be filled out. Squad registration will NOT be through the website.
1. Squad leader will need to fill out the excel sheet and e-mail back to me.
2. Squad leader or designated person on squad will need to send in all deposit together.
3. Everyone in Squad must be in same uniform for squad sign-up.
4. Squad leader will be responsible for squad info being complete.
5. Squad Leader will be responsible for getting back the US Army Waiver and the MSATO/ OPP IV waiver to me.

If you have a squad, start working on the info and getting the deposit from your squad now. Send me an e-mail and I will send out the info sheet and waivers by e-mail that need to be filled out.

Please make sure all squad members understand the OpOrd and other rules posted BEFORE they sign up. Deposit are non-refundable, (you can get a sub who can pay you for your spot but we do not refund, all substitutions must be 30-days before event to comply with US Army regulations to do a back ground check.)

If you have questions please post or e-mail me.

Few questions:

Is there a pre-registration or full amount at once?

I have an 11 man squad coming, can we register individually for the same squad or everyone at the same time?

7 of my 11 are veterns of OPP2 and OPP3, can the other 4 OPP nOObs register with us on the 1st or will they have to wait?

1. $75 non-refundable deposit due at registration.

2. Register a full squad at the same time - this allows us to verify both Pathfinder/Veteran status and discount those who are registering as part of an 11 man squad.

3. Pathfinders/Veterans may register non veterans during the first registration period if they are part of an 11 man squad.

This event is all about squad integrity. I've said it many times that the squad is the most powerful weapon on the battlefield and squad leader is the most difficult position in the Armed Forces. We look to squad leaders to do their job on and off the field. We create the battlefield, squad leaders make the game fun for everyone - know and enforce the rules, maintain squad integrity, employ solid tactics, monitor REDCON levels, report information and MOST IMPORTANTLY keep your squad in the battle for 21 hours.

Read the Event Information!

Are the squad leaders responsable for paying the full ammount, or just the deposits for each squad member?

You are responsible for collecting the money and sending in the deposit and the final payment.

I understand that the deposits are due by 3/31. Does that include the full payment price or can full payment be provided no later than May 14th?

Also, is online payment preferred via the MSATO website and Paypal account or is there something else?

With the excel sheet, will the SL have to send in final payment along with the mealplans if anyone gets them or will that be the individual player?

I have collected most of my guys deposits, and a couple asked those questions. I figured I'd ask since I don't know.

Also, when will the waivers be available?

Meal plans can will be purchased seperately from registration.

Just wanna get some clarification on the meal plan.

Do we still pay for it before a said date or can we fork over the cash upon arrival to the registration table on-site?
